Production time
Each bag is made especially for you, only after your order is confirmed.
We craft everything to order, so production begins once we receive your confirmation.
The average processing time is 5–10 business days, as each piece is carefully handmade. This may vary slightly during high-demand periods.
Once we receive your order, we’ll get back to you with a more accurate estimate for its preparation.
As soon as your bag is ready, we’ll schedule the earliest available shipping date.

Shipping information
Zoel offers free standard delivery on orders above 150€ within Greece.
The free delivery option will be automatically applied during checkout—no extra steps needed!
Greece
• Standard delivery: 5 € | 2–4 business days
• Express delivery: 15 € | 1-2 business days
Europe
• Standard delivery: 17€ | 3–5 business days
• Express delivery: 35 € | 1–2 business days
International
• Express Worldwide: 35-44 € | 1-5 business days
**Please note:
• Shipping times refer to the period after your bag is ready and dispatched. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is on its way.
• Delivery estimates may differ based on location. Remote adresses may require additional time.
• For all shipments outside the European Union, customs charges may apply (such as VAT or Customs Duties), depending on the type of goods and local regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient upon delivery.
Returned Shipments & Non-Delivery
If an order is returned to ZOEL due to reasons attributable to the customer, including but not limited to:
• Failure to provide information requested by the courier.
• Failure to collect or receive the shipment.
• Refusal of delivery.
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
• Failure to pay applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges.
A refund will be issued only after the package has been successfully returned to us.
The refund amount will equal the value of the purchased products, less:
• Original shipping costs.
• Return shipping costs charged by the courier.
• Any customs duties, taxes, handling fees, storage fees, or other charges incurred during the return process.
Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
